Presents are bought and wrapped, decorations are done and festivities are rolling along. I'm ready for all of that, but as I watch my little ones enjoying the season, I think I'm not quite ready for it to all be over so fast. I have a 12 year old, so no one needs to tell me how fleeting the years my girls will be under my wing are. I know first hand. When I look at Kate and Olivia, all of my exhaustion doesn't fade away:), but my heart rejoices and aches at the same time. I have had a little one at Christmas since 1998!
Yes, I'm ready to move on, but I will so miss these days.
I will even miss standing in line for an hour and 45 minutes waiting for pictures with Santa.
Life is good through the eyes of a child.

The Reindeer are soooooo cute! I love them!! I wish we had a place like that for me to take the girls!
